So we went here last night for my mothers birthday & there were 21 of us! I couldn't tell you how amazing our servers were! Me being a server notices everything our waiter or waitress does beyond just taking our order & filling our drinks. They were all so patient, gave amazing recommendations, on top of everyones drinks, even the 8 kids with us. Outstanding! :) thank you to the 2 male servers that served us yesterday!!!

Can't say it of all Red Lobsters, but this location is excellent. Been here several times in the last few years and always have great food and excellent service. Love the lobster pizza here, an usually like to get crab Alfredo or Maine lobster. We love in the desert so this is as good as it gets. The manager sometimes checks in and is a pretty cool guy. I travel a lot out east and tried some other Red Lobsters. This has been the best so far.

I don't have words for Red Lobster, it is my number one restaurant in the US. Maybe it is because the lobster and scallops are sooooooo expensive in Belgium. Here you get an enormous entree for 24 dollar, in our country we pay more than the double. And it is soooooo delicious, from the garlic breads untill the rice and vegetables. This Red Lobster also deserves a 5 plus because of the good service of the waitress Jenny.

The food is always good. A little pricey for the portion sizes. The only time we go is when they are doing the endless shrimp. It would be nice if people didn't bring their loud obnoxious kids! I'm not against people taking kids here, as long as they are well mannered... But the last few times we have been in there were a couple groups letting kids run around and making messes. Was not an enjoyable experience! The staff could have asked the parents to rein them in or leave because they were disturbing other guests.

I have had a bad taste in my mouth for this chain for about a year now...but out of ease off the highway on our road trip we landed here, again, to be disappointed, again. Pro: waitress was polite. Con: no clam chowder soup, bread, or two desserts featured on a special. The food came out all on top of each other which made it hard to focus and finish a dish. The shrimp was served over Luke warm fries and was not aesthetically pleasing AT all. I'm gonna have to just pass on this chain for the rest of my life. It's always a blah experience. I've had it in 4 states and can't get on board.

The wait was a little longer than I would have liked, but that's ok. The food was really good. The shrimp was amazing, the biscuits oh my goodness they came to our table super super warm ohhh talk about yummy. This is probably my favorite location that I have been to. You defiantly can't go wrong here!

Red Lobster has done a brand new fresh facelift, and boy it's looking rather sleek and upscale. The remodel gives out a more inviting feeling. The before and after, really is dramatic! People that know and love Red Lobster are quite versed in the delicious menu they have and the cheddar bay biscuits, so I won't bore you with that. But I will say if you haven't been to Red Lobster lately and you are in St. George, go check out some delicious food from a newly redesigned restaurant!

My husband and I always enjoy eating here. They are always busy unless you get there early. But you have plenty to do with it being located in a shopping plaza. The service is always good and they always aim to please. I have never had to return a dish for any reason and they make it a point to ask you at least once during your meal. If I could I would go there every week. If you are ever in St George stop by.

This is one franchise that rarely misses the mark of what they sell. Surely not the most elevated form of seafood choices but as a regular customer (frankly there are not many options in St. George) we always feel contented after we have finished and that is a good thing. Once we had a disappointing outing and when we complained to the manager we were treated very well, meaning that they take customer satisfaction very seriously. Nice place, love their lobster pizza and overall I would recommend it to someone willing to pay the menu prices. 4 Stars!

We love Red Lobster but all Red Lobster's are not created equal. But in St. George happens to have one of the best. We are creatures of habit and usually order the Parrot Island Coconut Shrimp. Next time we go we will request Chris as our waiter. He was hands down better than anyone we have had in a long time. Right to begin with he brought out rolls and our drinks. Diet Coke and water which he kept filled up. When dinner came out he brought out extra sauce for the shrimp. We usually have to beg for that stuff. The shrimp was large pieces and 9 or 10 of them. So much that even my husband had leftovers. He was prompt with the check and brought out extra rolls for our leftovers. Chris made our meal even better than it was already.

I went in for a late lunch with the wife, her treat, and our order was slow. It all turned out great though because of the wonderful wait staff and the manager. A problem occurred with our order in the kitchen. The wait staff alerted the manager who came to us with both an explanation and his personal apology. They made everything right and we left committed customers. Thanks for getting it done with class guys.

Handy tip suggestion section on the receipt. Unless you're cheap, then it's easy for others to see how cheap you are! Lol

We were in the mood for some good seafood, not too expensive, convenient yet familiar. We found all of that here at this Red Lobster. Late mid-week dinner so the place wasn't busy. We ordered plates of Tilapia and Shrimp Scallops and Pasta. Both were excellent and our service was great. We had a nice talk with our waiter Levi and he seemed to be very happy to serve us. Would definitely go back to this restaurant when in St. George again.

Food was good, service was "so so". i would have given 3 stars, but the service was too bad to justify that. Our waiter kept disappearing in the kitchen for 10-15 min at a time forgetting about all of his tables. Very unprofessional

Back here again for my wife's birthday! She might just love their grilled salmon more than she loves me! :) Great food. Excellent service.....restaurant should move to a larger location closer to my home! :)

Really... Anyone that ranks this place higher than a 2 or 3 dosen't know what seafood is! This is the "Denny's" of seafood. Better than nothing, but barely..

Excellent service and the staff is very friendly. The food is great as well. I always come here when I go on a business trip to Utah.

I know a guy who doesn't care for seafood shouldn't give a rating... but my wife loves seafood, and we'd go here more often if they just had a few beef or chicken items. The service was terrific, the Caesar is good (without an anchovy taste in the dressing), and the strawberry cheesecake (the one without the crust) was the best I've ever had. I'd just like to see a burger or stroganoff or something like that.... in addition to shrimp, lobster, crab, and fish - so I could enjoy my meal, while she enjoys hers.

I give them 3 and 1/2 stars. Stopped in on the way to Richfield to see the in-laws. (We just weren't in the mood for fast food burgers and such). The service was good. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The food was as expected. I mean, it is Red Lobster and a chain so everything's pretty status quo as far as that goes. But we were seated at a table in the back, and if you closed your eyes and listened you could hear the ocean..... Oh wait, that was the flushing of the toilet directly on the other side of the wall. Although it did kind of give us the willies listening to that all during our stay, it made for a great story later. I'm sure we will stop here again if so inclined, but I think we'll ask for a table near the front next time.

Took my two sister to Red Lobster it was terrible services and the food sat back in the back for little while because it was cold. Someone else brought are meal out. We didn't get what we wanted and no one checked on us. Oh well I won't go back.

I'm mostly writing this because we had such good service! The food is always ok, nothing special. But Cassie was our server tonight and she was exceptional. We had 8 people, 5 of them were kids and she was smiling and so friendly from beginning to end. So sweet and provided excellent service. We never needed anything, she was very attentive. I've been a server for 10 years and I could see she enjoys her job and is great with guest service. So thanks for the great experience, I would go back just to request her.

We skipped lunch and were very hungry, but waiter forgot to bring us our appetizer. Jade the manager made it right! We eat out often and this will stay with us. Sirloin and shrimp was delicious, thought the shrimp are a bit lean. Sirloin seasoning was fantastic. Mashed potatoes were very good, they may have a dash of cream in them. Green beans were plentiful and fresh. Salmon was flaky and seasoned evenly. Broccoli was fresh. The rolls, what can I say? You already know. They are a delicacy for the rest of us! Calamari appetizer was (this space reserved for our next visit)!

This location of Red Lobster has a small parking lot. Go early or go late. The wait was 25 minutes. Not bad for a Saturday night really. The service was a tad slow but they had several large groups they were trying to put a handle on, so I can forgive that. I had the new wood fire grill lobster, salmon and shrimp dish. The lobster was wonderful. The salmon was delicious. The shrimp was OK. One of them was cold. The potatoes were not cooked through and we're crunchy. It came with green beans which were great. My wife had the Blue cheese rib eye with an added lobster tail. She said it was delicious. The soup I had was New York clam chowder. I was a bit watery. The cheese rolls were awesome as always. All in all I'd still go back despite the above mentioned flaws.
